Income documentation supporting the total gross monthly income earnings stated on the application is required.
General Requirements:
Copy of Income documents for ALL adults (18+ years) in the household. Income documents must cover a full month (30 consecutive days) and be dated within the last 6 weeks.
Any adult household member that does not have a source of income must complete a Zero Income Certification Statement noting their source(s) of support (ie. Loans, gifts, savings etc).
