No, once your application is submitted you cannot go back and change information or upload documents. If you do not have all the the information or required documents you can start your application and it will be saved for the next time you log in. However, do not submit the application until all documents have been properly uploaded. Submitting incomplete applications will only result in a delay in the processing of your application.
