You can check the status of your application by logging into your account and going to Account > My Applications. The status will appear next to your most recent submitted application.
These are the available application statuses and what it means to you:
Application Status | Description |
In Progress | Your application is pending to be processed. The agency may request additional information or documentation to meet all program requirements. |
Deficient | Your application is missing one or more documents and could not be successfully processed. You must submit the missing documents as requested by your local agency. |
Corrected | Your application has been corrected after you provided the missing documents requested by your local agency. |
Transferred | Your application was benefited for LIHEAP Payment Assistance and has been transferred to the State for credit or payment. It will take anywhere between 6-9 weeks for the payment to reflect on your bill. |
Denied | Your application was denied for LIHEAP Payment Assistance. |
