My zip code is not eligible. How can I apply?

This means that your local LIHEAP agency does not accept online applications. However, you can still apply in person or by mail.

Once your agency has been located, you can call to request an application to be mailed to you, or request an appointment to apply in person. 

You can also find a PDF of the application on your agency's website, where you can print it, fill it out, and mail it in.
